OK, I know, Avocado again?
This is my favorite breakfast meal of all time … Avocado and Egg whites on toasted Ezekiel bread and sprinkled with red pepper flakes. Yum!
Equally, delicious and heart-healthy, with loads of proteins, is especially, beneficiary to women’s health. Usually, I load on at least 2-3 egg whites for proteins, potassium, and to reduce cholesterol levels and other nutritional values
